Information we collect

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message. We do not store your IP address with your message.

When you donate online, your donation is processed by Zeffy. Zeffy collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, contact details, and donation amount so that we can thank you and send receipts.

Our website does not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

We use your information only to reply to you, to process and acknowledge donations, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile checks your browser, usually without asking you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains what it processes.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them. Donation records are kept for as long as U.S. tax and accounting rules require.

Who can see it

Only our administrators can read contact messages. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our database by Neon; they process data on our behalf so that the site can run.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Send us a message and we will respond as soon as we can.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
